| Aircraft using BCA: why are they getting noisier? |

The breach of the seats for sale limit has allowed the use of larger aircraft. This was the only defense against large aircraft as BCA which, unlike other designated ‘City Airports’, does not have a maximum noise limit for individual aircraft. This is a very serious omission as individual noise events are the primary cause of disturbance to residents and vulnerable groups such as schoolchildren.
