Firstly you should write to your Councillors and MLA's asking why the 1997 Planning Agreement is not being enforced. Then, should there be an application to lengthen the runway you should write to the DoE Planning Service opposing it and demanding a Public Planning Inquiry if they are not going to refuse the application outright.
Don't be afraid to do this as there is an underused full size airport at Aldergrove only 13 miles away, with no environmental problems, which guarantees that there will be no damage to the Northern Ireland economy if BCA is kept as it was originally intended.
